SELF ESTEEM
Read through the following affirmations, paying particular attention to the ones which feel awkward
or difficult to read. Then read them out loud, again - pay attention to the "difficult" ones. Cut
them out and paste them in places where you will be reminded to say them.
And say them, two or three times a day - say them as if you truly believe them, even if you
don't - yet! Soon, you will.

I deserve to be loved.
I have the power to change myself.
I can make my own choices and decisions.
I am free to choose to live as I wish and to give priority to my desires.
I am flexible and open to change in every aspect of my life.
I know it is enough to have done my best.
I deserve to be happy and successful.
I am safe. It is safe to feel.
My feelings are normal and acceptable.
I trust my intuition. I trust it to be there at all times.
I love and accept myself the way I am and I love and accept others in the same way.
I make friends easily wherever I go.
At this moment, I am safe in mindfulness.
